New and Improved AGRSS™ Standard Approved by ANSI
A new version of the ANSI/AGSC/AGRSS™ Standard, ANSI/AGSC/AGRSS™ Standard 003-2015, was approved by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) recently. The AGRSS™ Standard is North America's only auto glass replacement standard. It addresses procedures, education and product performance. The AGRSS™ Standard, maintained by the Auto Glass Safety Council™ (AGSC), is a continuous maintenance standard and is reviewed and updated by the AGSC AGRSS Standards Committee.

Insurer Observes AGSC Audits, and You’re Invited Too!
A representative of a major insurance company recently attended several third-party random audits of Auto Glass Safety Council™ (AGSC) Registered Member Companies. The audits observed were conducted by a representative of Orion Registrar, the firm that administers the audit program for the AGSC.

AGSC Launches CE Program for Certified Techs
The Auto Glass Safety Council™ (AGSC) recently launched a new program to provide a new alternative for auto glass technicians to renew their prestigious AGSC certifications. In the past, certified technicians could re-certify only by re-taking the extensive certification exam every three years. Now, auto glass technicians who have previously taken and passed the Auto Glass Technician or Master Auto Glass Technician tests will also be able to re-certify by accumulating 18 continuing education credits over a three-year period.
