Telephone Doctor to
Speak
at AGSC Member Meeting

The Auto Glass Safety Council™ (AGSC) has announced that Nancy Friedman, the president and founder of Telephone Doctor Customer Service Training, will lead a session at the upcoming AGSC Member Meeting. The AGSC Member Meeting will be held on the morning of Tuesday, October 4, at the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter in San Antonio, Texas.
Friedman’s seminars are designed to help businesses “equip their people with tools to convert more inbound leads into sales, and deliver a better customer experience.”
Her company, Telephone Doctor Customer Service Training, offers more than 100 online training modules on customer service, customer loyalty, communications, internal customer service, sales training, and management and leadership programs. Friedman has appeared on Oprah, The Today Show, CBS This Morning, Good Morning America, Good Morning Canada, CNN and Fox News. She also has been quoted in both the Wall Street Journal and USA Today. She has authored nine books on communications, sales and customer service.
